Dancefit Fusion

These sessions take you on an exercise arc like no other. Dance warm up routines, Boxercise, hand weights, resistance bands, hand pilates balls, and then to the mats for some MSE &  Pilates before rewarding yourself with some gentle Yoga stretching & relaxation. This friendly & supportive  class can be adapted to meet individual needs, so all welcome!
